Yoga Teachers Training

Yoga Teacher Training

Pranamaya Yoga Nepal is dedicated to the deeper dimensions of yoga practice and offers comprehensive yoga teacher training programs with international certification (RYT 200) recognised by Yoga Alliance. Our trainings guide practitioners toward self-awareness, mindfulness, meditation, and inner growth, supported by a steady and systematic practice of asana for strength and stability. The name Pranamaya comes from the yogic concept of the Pranamaya Kosha, the vital energy body.

Our Philosophy & Inner Journey

It reflects our focus on breath, prana, and the subtle life force that connects the body and the mind, and supports inner balance, health, and meditation. The name Pranamaya reflects the inward journey, discovering, refining, and connecting with one’s true self through conscious practice. Our yoga teaching courses enable students to become Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.

Pranamaya Yoga Nepal is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance, committed to honouring this profound inner journey while maintaining high standards of education and practice. We emphasise self-awareness, mindfulness, and spiritual growth, combining traditional yogic teachings with contemporary understanding of yoga, health, and well-being.

A Holistic Path to Strength & Inner Balance

Rooted in classical practices such as asana, pranayama and meditation, Pranamaya Yoga Nepal nurtures both body and mind. This holistic approach offers a balanced framework that supports physical vitality, strength and stability, mental clarity, and emotional resilience while always honouring the deeper spiritual essence of yoga. Through disciplined practice and conscious awareness, students gradually cultivate inner harmony and a deeper connection to their breath and life force. Our teachings encourage mindful living both on and off the mat, fostering self-discovery, compassion, and sustainable well-being.
